Saline Lightening

Saline pigment lightening is one of the safest methods of removing ink from the skin. It happens in a very similar way to your original procedure. A hypertonic saline solution is implanted into your skin with tattoo needles. As your skin heals, the ink is released and pushes out through the healing process. Nothing but surgery can immediately remove all pigment in the skin, however, saline removal can effectively lighten, and in many cases remove all visible traces of ink in the skin, allowing for a new procedure to be done on top, or the skin can be left clean.

Beginning our scar journey! My client had top surgery 3 years ago, and came in wanting the scars to be less apparent.

His surgeon was fantastic, but some of the scars are still a touch raised, so before we tattoo in any camoflage on them, we're going to microneedle them to flatten the scars more. We let that heal, and color is our last step!

This client came to us to fix her brows, after realizing they were green. Color correcting was not an option, so we pulled some of the color out, and it's looking amazing after 2 sessions. Most of the green cast is gone, and now we're just working on getting those dark spots balanced out.

Don't feel stuck with permanent makeup that doesn't make you feel great about yourself.

We paired both of our scar treatments for this client. First we did scar therapy to flatten and soften the scar. It was right and pulling, and recessed. Once it was flat, we camoflaged the scar to blend into the skin.

What I love about this Shadow Liner is how soft and subtle we are starting. It'll get a bit bolder, but not a ton. Our goal for her was soft enhancement. With how much beautiful lid space this client has, a soft brown adds a lot to her look.

And of course, that powder brow frames her face beautifully.
